Cookie Policy

Effective date: 13 June 2026 · Last updated: 01 March 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how BizSathi ("we", "our", "us") uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies when you visit bizsathi.com.

BizSathi uses cookies for two purposes: keeping you securely logged in, and understanding how visitors use our website so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for anonymous traffic analytics. We do not use advertising cookies, Meta Pixel, or behavioural targeting cookies.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. "Browser storage" is a broader term that includes cookies, localStorage, and sessionStorage. This policy covers all of these.

2. Storage We Use

2.1 Strictly Necessary (cannot be disabled)

Name / keyTypePurposeExpires
b2b_authlocalStorageStores your session identity (role, email, refresh token) so you stay logged in across page reloads. No sensitive personal data is stored here.Until you log out or clear browser storage
b2b_tokenCookie (JS-set)Short-lived token used by the page router to guard protected routes. Contains your JWT. Cleared on logout.2 hours (matches JWT lifetime)

These are essential for the platform to function. You cannot opt out while using BizSathi.

2.2 Analytics Cookies (Google)

Name / keyProviderPurposeExpires
_gaGoogle AnalyticsDistinguishes unique visitors. Used to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve site performance. Data is anonymous — no personal information is linked.2 years
_ga_G-GNQR5EFPYPGoogle AnalyticsPersists session state for this specific GA4 property.2 years
_gidGoogle AnalyticsDistinguishes users across sessions within a 24-hour window.24 hours
_gtm_*Google Tag ManagerGTM sets internal cookies to manage which tags have fired. No personal data is collected by GTM itself.Session

All analytics data is aggregated and anonymous. We use it only to understand traffic patterns and improve the platform. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy.

2.3 Third-Party Cookies (payment processing)

ProviderPurposeTheir privacy policy
RazorpayRazorpay may set cookies when the payment checkout window is displayed — to detect fraud, remember payment preferences, and comply with RBI mandates. These cookies are set by Razorpay's domain and governed by their policy.razorpay.com/privacy

Razorpay cookies only appear when you initiate a payment.

2.4 Cookies We Do NOT Use

  • Meta Pixel or any advertising / retargeting cookies
  • Social media buttons that set third-party cookies
  • Behavioural targeting or remarketing cookies
  • Heat-mapping or session-recording tools

3. How to Control Cookies

3.1 Browser settings

All major browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in.

3.2 Logging out

Logging out clears your session cookie and invalidates your refresh token on the server. You can also clear browser localStorage manually via your browser's developer tools (Application → Storage → Local Storage → bizsathi.com → Clear all).

4. Consent

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process data on the basis of your consent (given at registration) and for the performance of our contract with you. Because BizSathi only uses strictly necessary storage plus Razorpay's payment cookies, there is no cookie consent banner — all storage is either essential or triggered by a user-initiated payment action.

If we ever introduce optional analytics or preference cookies, we will update this policy and obtain your explicit opt-in consent before setting them.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where required, by email notification.
